1. Acceptance

By using any Hot Hands LLC service — including HotDeck, Vicedice, Bobozly, PatentPending.app, and related products — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA), you expressly consent to receive one-time passcode (OTP) messages via SMS from Hot Hands LLC using short code or toll-free number +1 (888) 771-7870.

Message frequency: only when you initiate a login or verification request.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out will disable SMS-based 2FA on your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States (or a jurisdiction where SMS service is available) to use our SMS verification feature.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Never share your OTP with anyone. Hot Hands LLC will never ask for your passcode via email or phone call.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or transmit harmful or fraudulent content. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hot Hands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
